Sooner Rooter Offers Sewer Inspection Services

What is a sewer line inspection?

This is an inspection done by a camera attached to a snake line. The video camera records the state of the sewer, revealing any cracks, tree roots, collapsed lines, clogs and other problems inside the sewer.

Why Do Customers Request Plumbing Video inspections?

Aside from being non-invasive, accurate, and cost-efficient, plumbing video inspections are requested by customers for a variety of reasons.

Inspecting Potential Homes:
Want to make sure you won’t inherit plumbing problems from a previous property owner? Schedule a video inspection of your potential home with our plumbing experts.

     Locate Sewer Lines:

Sewer cameras have location devices that send out a signal. Using a special signal receiver above ground, our plumbers pinpoint where the camera is underground.

Drainage or Stoppage issues:

If something is causing your system to not work properly, in most cases we can use a sewer camera to determine what is causing it. Often in cases like these we find stoppages, blockages, roots, mud, broken pipe, etc.

Locate Septic Tank:

Most home owners have a vague idea of where there septic tank is located and a few have no idea.  When you need and emergency septic tank pump it’s good to know where the septic tank is.

Overall Health of Sewer Lines:

Sewer problems are not always obvious. Just because the toilets in a house can flush and the sink drains doesn’t mean that the sewer is in good condition. Sewer inspections can reveal unknown problems in the home’s sewers before they cause big damage or become severe.
