I have been having issues with the plumbing in my home for years with many visits from different plumbing companies… locally. None of those companies were able to fix the issue or offered any advice on a direction to possibly fix the problem. Chris was extremely professional and was very happy to help me identify the actual issue and went over different methods to help maintain the line until I can get a company out to repair the damaged area. Very pleasant experience during a very stressful time. Can’t thank him enough. Chris even took the time to help me locate a tunneling company to possible fix the issue. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Sooner Rooter! Chris was not only responsive (on a Sunday night!) but he was friendly, patient and… fair. The red light of doom came on on my aerobic septic on a Sunday night and he took my call, immediately reassured me that he would be right out, and showed up at my door less than 15 minutes later. He took the time to explain how the system worked, did some trouble-shooting, made a repair recommendation and then we agreed to a plan of action. As a new rural homeowner I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.read more

I had the unfortunate luck of needing a good plumber this week, and after calling three companies and being told it… would be a week or more wait, I happened upon Sooner Rooter in Durant OK. He was on-site within a hour, and after only thirty minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, and well on his way of having “things flowing” again. He camera-scoped the sewer line to ensure there were no other problems and then made a few excellent recommendations to avoid future problems. Great friendly guy, very sharp and honest! Fare pricing was a bonus. I’m a customer for life.read more

My father is older and lives in Durant, while my husband and I live in Dallas. He was very responsive when we contacted him about helping us identify the source of drain problems. We had a problem with our sewer line here in Durant, called Chris at Sooner Rooter and he was at our house in ten… minutes. While our particular problem ended up being on the city side, he went way above and beyond to diagnose what was going on and document it so we could get the city to fix it, including going over to our neighbor’s yard(with permission) to see if the problem had gone that far. He even stayed 30 minutes after he finished so he could talk to the city sewer truck and then called later that day to make sure everything turned out well. I 100% recommend him, his service was exceptional, he went the extra mile and and the price was a great value. We will be calling Sooner Rooter if we ever need our drain opened again!
